摘要 对新型阳离子浮选药剂进行了铁矿反浮选脱硅的试验研究。结果表明:在pH=6~12的范围内,新型药剂CS1和组合药剂(CS2∶CS1=2)的捕收能力与十二胺相当,但选择性更好。磁选铁精矿反浮选脱硅试验表明:新型组合药剂在获得与十二胺相近的铁品位前提下,铁回收率提高了8.32%。同时对硬水有较好的适应性,铁精矿品位仍可保持在69%以上,回收率90%以上。具有较好的适应性,是铁矿反浮选脱硅的有效捕收剂。 De-silicatation experiments of the iron ores have been conducted through reverse flotation with new cationic collectors. The results indicated that when the ph was 6-12 the collector CS_1 and combination collector (CS_2∶CS_1=2) is equal to the dodecylamine in collecting capacity, but the former exhibited better the selectivity. The reverse flotation tests on the magnetic concentrate have also shown that the new combination collector obtained the equal iron concentrate grade with dodecylamine, but the iron recovery increased by 8.32%. The combination collector also have good adaptability to the hard water, and the iron concentrate grade can still keeps above 69%,and the recovery keeps above 90%.
