摘要
本试验以沙棘汁和牛乳为主要原料,配以蔗糖、稳定剂等辅料,研制出了富有营养和保健功能 的沙棘果汁酸牛乳,并优选出最佳工艺和配方。
In this paper, a new natural nourishing and health yogurt were studied, which use sea-buckthorn and milk as main materials, and sucrose, stabilizer etc. as adjunct. The best technique parameter and formula were determined by the experiments.
