前列腺癌特异性抗原基因检测研究进展
摘要
前列腺癌是男性常见肿瘤之一 ,且前列腺癌患者逐年增加。为了适应临床早期检出原发性和潜在的转移性肿瘤的要求 ,前列腺癌特异性抗原 (PSA)的基因检测方法发展很快。而前列腺癌微转移检测在肿瘤早期诊断、治疗监测及预后判断方面具有重要意义。本文就PSA基因分子生物学。
