摘要
以C6 2 0 1型车床为例,对卧式车床摆移齿轮进给箱传动系统研究后,发现了一条新的传动路线,可以减少i倍 =1时,车削公制螺纹、模数螺纹、以及大导程螺纹传动链中传动齿轮 6个,使传动路线大大缩短,可较大地提高传动精度和被加工螺纹精度。
A new transfer system is found by making researches of lathe's feed box of swing & move gears. It is shorter, more simple and more precision. It is used to cut some type screws, such as the metric system screw, the modular system screw, and so on, when their transfer ratio of multiple structure equals one.
