本文主要分析了广钢股份公司转型物流的优势与契机,以及如何确立物流理念转变物流机制,培养物流人才,利用物流技术,发挥广钢股份的地理优势,改善物流环境,建设物流市场。
This paper mainly expounds the advantages and opportunities in the transferring of GISC to logistic , in addition, how to determine the logistic thinking, how to change the logistic system, how to cultivate the logistic qualified personnel, how to utilize the logistic technology, how to develop GISC ' s geographic advantages, how to improve the logistic environment and how to establish logistic market are described.
