摘要
本文对ISO9001:2000标准中的纠正措施条款的理解进行了阐述,对采取纠正措施所要进行的信息收集、利用和在实际工作中如何运用作了介绍,指出纠正措施作为一种管理手段运用得当,将会对持续改进组织的整体业绩、增强顾客满意起到积极的作用。
The article elaborates the correcting measure article of IS09001 standard, and introduces the information collection and application needed in implementing the correct-measure and practice, moreover, it also expounds that the correct-measure, as a suitable management method would be conducive to the sustainable improvement of the whole organization achievement and the customers' satisfaction.
