多孔机械结构的耦合应力分析

摘要 多孔零件———高温流体分配阀中的阀盘,其安装方式或支承条件对自身的应力分布影响很大,尤其在热力耦合问题中。在此基于有限单元法,建立了阀盘热力耦合分析的三维模型。在应力场的计算中引入了最小二乘法,从而以三次有限元计算求得温度场、位移场、应力场的耦合解,以改善计算精度。通过对阀盘在不同约束条件下的应力分析。 The valve disc, a kind of porous part,lies in a distributing valve. Its mode of installation or support condition affects its stress distribution considerably,especially in a thermalmechanical coupling problem. On the base of FEM,a threedimensional model of the valve disc was established for thermalmechanical coupled analysis in the paper.The least square technique was applied for more accurate solution of stress field.Therefore,the solution of coupled temperature,displacement and stress field was obtained by three processes of FEM computation.With various constraint conditions,stress analysis of the valve disc was performed in order to select a reasonable constraint patterns.
