摘要
设计了一套以通用PC机为基础的教学型数控铣床实验系统,采用步进电机作为伺服元件,控制三个坐标轴的运动,开放式结构,可为学生提供大量的教学实验,满足实验教学要求。重点介绍了系统的I O接口电路。
A set of numerical control of milling machine experiment system for teaching based on PC is designed.The system with open type structure can control the sport of 3 reference axises with stepper generator as servo element,and offer plenty of experiments for teaching requirement of students. Emphasis is given to I/O circuit,drive circuit and software system.
