摘要 详细描述了系统中被测装置动作时线缆速度和张力变化的特殊规律,根据该动作要求提出采用变频调速和张力自适应控制的双闭环控制方式,以力矩电机为动力源,以磁粉离合器为施力元件,并基于LabVIEW虚拟平台构建了卷绕张力测控系统。该系统集成了众多的测量仪器功能,实现了所需的测控功能,构成简单,设计灵活。 Describing the special orderliness of cable's velocity and tension change when tested equipment is in operation in detail. According to the special rule, a control thought taking double closed loop of variable frequency speed regulation and adaptive tension control comes forward, which adapts moment motor as power provider and magnetic powder clutch as force apparatus. The coiling tension measurement and control system is established based on the LabVIEW platform. The system integrates many instrumental functions, accomplishes required functions. It's constituted simply, designed flexibly, and also can modify the design of each function at any time according to the need.
