摘要
通过长期对压电加速度计横向灵敏度的理论研究,又对标定出的大量数据进行分析对比,找出了产生横向灵敏度的诸多因素。
The transverse sensitivity of piezoelectric accelerometers was studyed for a long time, a great deal of the calibrated datas were analysed and contransted.The kinds of reasons of producing transverse sensitivity were found,some ways to decrease it were also put forword.
