摘要
研究确立了动物肌肉中四环素族药物多残留分析的基质固相萃取净化-酶联免疫分析方法,交叉反应分析表明其对每千克动物肌肉中四环素、土霉素和金霉素的检出限分别为8、8.5和70μg,回收率为80%~110%,是监控动物源性食品中四环素族多抗生素残留的优选方法。与常用的液相色谱法相比,此方法更简便、高效,能实现自动化和高通量分析。
An effective solid phase extraction (SPE) clean-up and sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent asssay (ELISA) was developed for the multi-residues screening of tetracyclines in animal muscles. The cross reactivity showed the limits of quantification were about 8, 8.5 and 70 μg/kg, the recoveries were 80% - 110%, this indicates the method can be alternative to determine total TCs in muscle samples. Compared with liquid chromatography method, it offered the advantage of being suitable for automation and increasing throughput of samples.
