摘要
对马尾松Pinus massoniana Lamb.、水杉Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng、圆柏Sabina chinensis(Linn)Ant.、兴安圆柏Sabina davurica(Pall)Ant.、南洋杉Araucaria cunninghamia Sweet、长叶竹柏Nageia fleuryi(Hickel)de Laubenf.、陆均松Dacrydium pectinatum de Laubenf.、海南粗榧Cephalotaxus mannii Hook.f.和云南红豆杉Taxus yunnanensis Cheng et Fu的茎或茎、叶进行组织结构离析,光学显微镜和电镜观察,发现各种类的组织中均具有导管。每个种的导管类型中均有环纹、螺纹、网纹和孔纹导管,部分种类有梯纹导管。此研究的结果,对于进一步探讨这些类群的系统进化过程,以及为何在大部分裸子植物已经灭绝的情况下,这些类群依然能经受得住各类严酷的环境胁迫,而顽强地生存、繁衍至今等方面均具有重要的意义;论文如裸子植物的系统学、解剖学和生态学研究提供了新的证据。
The stem or stem and leaf of Pinus massoniana Lamb., Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng, Sabina chinensis ( Linn. ) Ant. cv. ' Kaizuca', Sabina davurica (Pall) Ant., Araucaria cuminghamia Sweet, Nageia fleuryi ( Hickel) de Laubenf. , Dacrydium pectination de Laubenf., Cephalotaxus mannii Hook, f., Taxus yunnanensis Cheng et-Fu. were dissociated by the nitric acid-chromium acid solution, and observed in optical microscope and electron microscope. In vascular tissue of these species, vessel was discovered. The types of vessel are included annular vessel, spiral vessel, reticulated vessel and pitted vessel; some species possess scalariform vessel. This discovery are with an important significance on thorough understanding the evolutionary process of these taxa, and why these taxa could be endured various harsh environment intimidation therefore for survival and reproduction continuously during many of taxa have eliminated. In the same time, this paper also supply some new evidences for systimatics, anatomy and ecology of the gymnosperm.
