豆荚软珊瑚Lobophyton sp.中的次生代谢产物研究

Studies on the Secondary Metabolites of the Soft Coral Lobophyton sp.

从中国海南岛三亚附近海域采集的软珊瑚Lobophyton sp.中分离得3个甾类生物活性物质。通过近代波谱方法,鉴定出他们的结构分别为柳珊瑚甾醇,24-亚甲基胆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇,24-亚甲基胆甾-3β,5α,6β-三醇。柳珊瑚甾醇具有抗心律失常、减慢心率等活性;24-亚甲基胆甾-4-烯-3β,6β二醇具有强细胞毒活性。

Three biologically active substances have been isolated from the soft coral Lobophyton sp. collected from Sanya bay, Hainan Island. On the basis of the spectroscopic methods, their structures were identified as gorgosterol , 24-methylene-cholest-4-en-3β, 6β-diol and 24-methylene-cholest-3β, 5α, 6β-triol. Bioassay showed that gorgosterol had anti-arrythmia activity and 24-methylene-cholest-4-en-3β, 6β-diol exhibited potent cytotoxicity toward P-388 tumor cell lines.
