基于组态软件的变电所微机监控系统

Computer monitoring and control system of transformer substation based on configuration software

为解决目前中小变电所监控系统实时性差、误差大、不利于联网调度的缺点和不足,文提出一种在组态软件开发平台下的实时数据采集及调度自动化系统。利用工控机、智能模块、485总线及设备构成硬件系统,应用公共电话交换网实现变电所与远方调度的互联,利用工业组态软件开发软件控制系统,设计并实现了变电所微机监控集散控制系统功能。

For the sake of overcoming the shorcoming ,such as real time cant meet the requirement,big error and difficult to attemper, etc. This paper put forward a new project to resolving these problems,which is a a real time supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA)based on configuration software.Making use of industrial computer、aptitude module、485 bus and devices,this paper develops the hardware system. Making use of PSTN,it connected transformer substation to remote attemper.The software control system is based on configuration software.Thus the function of DCS control system is realized。
