摘要
通过实验证明了钢纤维树脂混凝土(SPC)具有高阻尼性,其阻尼比为铸铁的5-6倍。研制了这种新材料的铣床卡具体,并通过实验证明了钢纤维树脂混凝土卡具体与传统材料——铸铁为材料的铣床卡具相比具有较好的动态性能。本实验分析的结果对于SPC材料制造其它机床构件具有普遍意义。本文的研究结果为SPC材料在机床制造业的应用提供了理论依据。
In this paper, It is proved that the damp of Steel-fibber Polymer Concrete(SFPC) is 5~6 times as big as the damp of cast iron by experiment. Two milling fixture base element made of SFPC and cast iron are manufactured respectively. Eexperiment results show that the dynamic properties of SFPC milling fixture base element is better than the damp of cast iron milling fixture base element. The results suit to other machine tool components made of SFPC, and they provide a scientific basis for using of SPC to manufacturing machine tool trades.
