企业竞争力评价及经营战略制定方法研究与应用

在构建企业竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,以锦州市十个工业企业的上年截面数据为样本,建立了企业经营能力、效益能力和成长能力数学模型,并计算出相应的因子得分。通过再次运用因子分析方法对三类指标进行整合,创建了企业竞争力综合因子得分模型,进而计算出每个企业竞争力的综合得分及其相对得分。这样,实现了企业竞争力强弱程度的总体评价和排序,为企业制定切实可行的经营战略提供了科学依据。

On the basis of determining evaluation targets of business completing ability the paper establishes mathematic model of management ability, beneficial result ability and growth ability, and it computes management ability fraction, beneficial result ability fraction and growth ability fraction by analyzing sample data of industrial businesses of Jinzhou in the last year. By synthesizing the three kind of targets the paper establishes factor analyzing model of business synthesis completing ability and computes synthesis fraction and relative fraction of business completing ability. So it realizes overall evaluation and ranking of business completing ability, it will provide scientific foundation for formulating advisable business management strategy.
