摘要
在镁合金熔炼过程中常遇到氧化燃烧问题 ,目前国内外有三种常用的镁合金阻燃方法 :熔剂保护法、无熔剂气体保护法和合金化阻燃法 ,并阐明其机理 ;指出SF6混合气体保护法和合金化阻燃法是未来镁合金阻燃方法研究的方向 ,同时提出两者研究的一些关键性因素。
The oxidation and burning of magnesium alloys always occur during the melting process.At home and abroad there were three ignition-proof methods of magnesium alloys such as the flux protection method, the gas protection method without flux and the ignition-proof method by alloying. Their mechanisms were illustrated in this paper, then the paper suggested that the SF 6 gaseous mixture protection method and the ignition-proof method by alloying could be the direction to study the ignition-proof methods of magnesium alloys in future. Meanwhile, some key factors of two methods mentioned above were given.
