氦氖激光对鼠体液免疫因子IL-2影响的实验研究 被引量:11

Study on the Effects of He-Ne Laser Irradiation on the Activity of Humoral Immune Factors IL-2 in Mice

摘要 为探讨氦氖激光照射对小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL 2诱生活性的影响 ,以BALB/c小鼠为研究对象 ,应用 7 33,11 0 0 ,14 6 7,2 2 0 0和 36 6 7J/cm2 5种剂量的氦氖激光作小鼠内眼角照射 ,连续照射 8天 ,并于照射开始后第 3,6 ,9,13和 17天动态监测实验鼠脾淋巴细胞IL 2诱生活性。结果表明 ,以日剂量为 7 33,11 0 0 ,14 6 7和 2 2 0 0J/cm2 氦氖激光照射小鼠后 ,IL 2活性出现不同程度的增强或升高 ,而 36 6 7J/cm2 剂量组却呈现降低趋势。由此可见 ,适当剂量的低能量激光照射可对小鼠IL 2诱生活性产生增强效应 ,而过大剂量氦氖激光照射则对IL In order to illustrate mechanism of the immune modulation effect of He-Ne laser irradiation with the concentration changes of splenic T lymphocytes induced IL-2 activity in mice, the effects of He-Ne laser irradiation on splenic T lymphocytes induced IL-2 activity in mice were studied. By irradiating upon the inner corners of the mice eyes with He-Ne laser at five different dosages of 7 33, 11 00, 14 67, 22 00 and 36 67 J/cm 2 for eight days,the splenic T lymphocytes induced IL-2 activity was monitored kinetically at the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 13th and 17th day after laser irradiation. The values of splenic T lymphocytes induced IL-2 activity increased in the groups of 7 33, 11 00, 14 67 and 22 00 J/cm 2, while the values decreased significantly in the group of 36 67 J/cm 2. The results indicated that He-Ne laser irradiation at proper dosages produced up regulation effects on the splenic T lymphocytes induced IL-2 activity in mouse, while the large dose showed the down regulation effects.
