半夏泻心汤加减治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎63例疗效观察

Chinese and Western medicine Curative Effect on the Treatment of 65 Cases of Nonspecific Ulcerative Colitis with the Addition and Subtraction Therapy by Taking Ban Xia Xie Xin Decoction

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将121例非特异性溃疡性结肠炎病人随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组63例,用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组58例用西药治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈33例,好转24例,无效6例,总有效率为90.5%;对照组痊愈18例,好转19例,无效21例,总有效率为63.8%,经统计学处理,差异有非常显著性意义穴P<0.01雪。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of Nonspecific Ulcerative Colitis with the addition and subtraction therapy by taking Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction.Method:To divide121patients into a curative group and a control group with random sampling.63patients in the curative group were treated with the addition and subtraction therapy by taking Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction while58patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine.Result:Two months later,in the curative group,33patients were cured,24patients had efficacious cure,6patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was90.5%.In the control group,18patients wee cured,19were effective,21patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was63.8%.There was a great significance in difference by P<0.01through the statistical analysis.Conclusion:The treatment of nonspecific ulcerative colitis with the addition and subtraction therapy by taking Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction is remarkably effective.
