缓解高校图书馆资源与读者需求矛盾的有效途径——对高校图书馆“占位”现象的思考

高校图书馆资源与学生需求的矛盾日益突出 ,衍生出高校图书馆特有的带有普遍性的“占位”现象。借阅体制的改革 ,扩大招生 ,社会读者的增加 ,纸介馆藏急增以及学生的学习热情是产生这一现象的原因。应挖掘图书馆固有潜力 ,加快数字图书馆的建设与发展 ,加大大学生素质教育的力度 。
