摘要
通过对易变性职业生涯与传统职业生涯理念的区别分析 ,在图书馆实行职业生涯管理的意义 ,指出创建有效的图书馆员职业生涯管理体系是图书馆员个人发展和组织需求相匹配的过程。要在图书馆内部建立多维的职业生涯发展途径 ,建立由馆员和组织共同参与、责任共享的职业生涯管理文化。图书馆员自我职业生涯规划应重视职业探索、确定职业目标和策略、继续学习、重视关系和展示自我 ,同时应增强职业敏感性 。
