摘要
考察了孔径对膜过滤牛初乳过程的影响,分析了孔径为0.2、0.5、0.8μm膜过滤阻力的形成及其对渗透通量和蛋白截留率的影响,认为对孔径为0.2μm膜,其污染是由浓差极化阻力和凝胶层阻力共同作用所致,而对于0.5、0.8μm两种孔径的陶瓷膜则是浓差极化阻力占主导地位的污染.对蛋白截留率进行模型预测,预测结果与实测结果较为一致.实验过程中3种孔径的膜对细菌的截留率都几乎达100%.
The formation of the resistance of fouling materials on the top of membrane,as well as the influences of the resistance on the membrane performances in bovine colostrum filtration process with alumina membranes of 0.2,0.5 and 0.8 μm pore sizes were studied.The results of protein rejection showed that the measured value agreed with the predicted data.The bacteria rejections of all membranes with different pore sizes were almost 100%.
