摘要
研究了硅藻土梯度陶瓷微滤膜对自来水的净化性能.结果表明,平均孔径为0.15μm的梯度陶瓷膜,可100%滤除水中的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金葡萄球菌和霉菌等致病病菌以及铁锈、红虫和各种悬浮微粒.通过简单的机械清刷,通量可完全恢复,无膜的深层污染和孔隙堵塞,可有效地防止净水的再次污染.一个10英寸(1英寸=25.4mm)的标准滤芯可净化普通自来水50m3以上.
Purification of tap water was investigated by using diatomite gradient ceramic microfiltration membrane with the average pore size of 0.15 μm.The results shown that 100% of the pathogenetic bacteria such as E.coli,salmonelle,microzyme,staphylotoxin,pseudomonas aeruginosa and mold,and 100% of rust,worm and suspension particles in water can be removed by the membrane.The stable fluxes of the membrane can be maintained by simple brushing.The tests shown that the purification capacity of the gradient ceramic microfiltration membrane filter is more than 50 m^3 of tap water.
