达克罗涂层在我国国标GB/T18684-2002中称锌铬涂层。介绍了达克罗处理液参数分析,包括粘度、密度、pH值、六价铬含量,以及达克罗涂层的质量检测,如涂覆量、涂层厚度、附着强度、耐蚀性等。
Dacromet coating is called zinc/chromate coating in Chinese National Standard GB/T 18684-2002. Parameters of Dacromet solution including viscosity, density, pH value and concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) were analyzed. Quality of Dacromet coatings were inspected such as coating quantity, thickness, adhesion and corrosion resistance, etc.
