Fault Diagnosis System for Radar Circuits Based on VXI Bus

基于VXI总线的电路板故障自动诊断系统由主控计算机、VXI主机箱及适配器等组成,软件采用用户界面、控制逻辑和数据库三层体系结构。主控机采集电路板数据并比较测试与预期响应信号,利用按功能划分的电路板组合单元模型实现板级故障定位,然后按故障通路中元件的树型结构逐个筛选,用深度优先算法定位到故障元件。并以某型雷达电路板为例,通过描述文件保存电路板初始化与运行环境信息,实现描述文件到诊断模块的转换和故障定位算法。

Fault auto-diagnosis system based on VXI bus consists of VXI host computer and adapter etc, three layer architecture of user interface, control logic and database was used in system software. Host computer collects data on PCB and compares signal of test and response prospective. Board level fault orientation was realized with combinational cell model of PCB partitioned by function, and then, the component was filtrated one by one according to tree structure of components in fault circuit, fault component was located with depth precedence method. Taking PCB of radar as example, information of PCB initialization and run environment was saved with description file, the diversion between description file and diagnosis model and locating arithmetic of fault was realized.
