Monitoring and Control System of Remote Measure for Bulk Plant

摘要 基于外测液位仪振动分析的罐区遥测监控系统在分析罐区作业信息、功能、性能需求基础上建立。ELL-FI-AE外测液位仪把检测的机械振动信号转变为电信号,主仪表对振动波进行滤波、判别并计算,提取液位的特征量。基于TCP/IP协议的监控软件采用Peer to Peer和Clinet/Server相结合的分布式体系结构,支持实时数据共享和分布式数据库。 Based on analyzing task information, function and special property demanding of bulk plant, the remote measuring, monitoring and control system based on external liquid meter with vibration analysis was established. Measured mechanical vibratory signal is changed into electrical signal by ELL-FI-AE external liquid meter. Host instrument filters vibratory wave, distinguishes and calculates and picks-up characteristic quantity of liquid level. Peer to Peer and Clinet/Server distributed architecture is used in monitoring and control software based on TCP/IP, and the software supports real time datasharing and distributed databus.
