摘要
在普通数控铣上增加一铣齿装置,把被加工螺旋锥齿轮与分度头相连,大齿轮直接装在卡盘上,采用连续展成法实现其加工。当产形齿轮与被加工齿轮啮合,刀盘、产形轮和轮坯的运动具有相同线速度。粗切时,依次给出刀盘和工件的对应转角。刀盘转动时,光栅检测器向CPU输出脉冲,据脉冲数控工件相对转动,实现螺旋锥齿轮的数控加工。
A cutting tooth equipment is added in on general NC milling machine, machined screw bevel wheel is linked to dividing head, gearwheel is install on chuck, then, NC machining of screw bevel wheel can be realized with sequential evolutional method. During shape gear was toothed with gear machined, the movement of cutter head, shape wheel and wheel blank had same thread speed. When rough cutting, corresponding corner of cutter head and work-piece was given in turn. When cutter head running, raster detector outputted pulse to CPU, NC work-piece turned by pulse, then NC machining of screw bevel wheel was realized.
