摘要
智能自诊断技术集综合状态监控、故障诊断、控制决策技术于一体,用于军用机电设备自诊断。在分析国内外军用机电设备智能自诊断发展现状的基础上,提出了智能传感、智能诊断、智能决策等智能自诊断关键技术。在武器装备系统或其部件内部嵌入智能型微处理器,采用嵌入式诊断方法实现综合状态监测、复杂故障诊断、精确故障定位、系统控制、关键部件保护等功能。
Synthesis state monitoring, fault diagnosis and control decision is integrated in intelligent self-diagnosis technique, and it is used in self-diagnosis of military electromechanical equipments. Based on analyzing development status quo of intelligent self-diagnosis for military electromechanical equipments at home and abroad, intelligent self-diagnosis key-techniques for intelligent sensor, intelligent diagnosis and intelligent decision etc. were put forward. Intelligent micro-controllers were embedded in system of military equipments or its devices, the functions of synthesis state monitoring, complex fault diagnosis, accurate location of fault, system control and key component were realized with embedded diagnosis method.
