Univetsity teachers should help the students to improre their techrique and ability of using Japanese to communicate with each other .This essay tells that the flexible method was born of teaching practice.The four abilities of listening ,speaking ,reading and writing should be combined scientifically and teachers should have a good opinion of the students to guide them correctly in the process of teaching and learning.
