摘要
对循环流化床锅炉飞灰的烧失量和含碳量进行了对比 ,烧失量与含碳量差别很大。传统上用烧失量代替含碳量对循环流化床锅炉飞灰并不适用。本文提出用煤的工业分析方法测定循环流化床锅炉飞灰的含碳量 ,并测出循环流化床锅炉飞灰含碳量随粒径分布的变化关系。
For the fly ash of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler,the loss-on-ignition (LOI)and the carbon content are contrasted and a conclusion of great difference between LOI and the carbon content are obtaind, The traditional method that substitutes measuring LOI for measuring the carbon content is not applicable to fly ash of CFB boiler,in addition, the relation that the carbon content in fly ash of CFB boiler changes with the particle size distribution is shown.
