介绍了著名的码吉尔案的发生原因及最终判决结果 ,在此基础上比较分析了思科诉华为案中的知识产权问题。
This paper introduces the reason and the final judgement of the famous magill case. In contrast to this, it analyzes the problems of intellectual property rights contained in Seek accusing Huawei case.
