The Treatment of 42 Bacterial Vaginitis Patients with 5% Metronidazole Solutions by Scrubing Vagina

目的 :比较甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病两种给药途径的疗效。方法 :将 84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 42例。治疗组采用 5 %甲硝唑溶液局部擦洗 ,qd或qod ;对照组给予甲硝唑片 40 0mg ,tid ,po ,连续 7d。停药 1周后复查。结果 :治疗组和对照组有效率分别为 90 .5 % ,92 .9% (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组无明显的不良反应 ,对照组 8例出现上腹部不适、恶心及纳差等消化道症状。结论 :两组疗效差异无显著性 ,但 5

Objective:To compare the effects of bacterial vaginitis treatment by metronidazole in two ways. Methods:Eighty-four patients were randmised into two groups evenly (n=42): the teatment group using 5% metronidazole solutions to scrub vagina locally and the control group taking metronidazole 400 mg three times a day for seven days. Then stopped to reexamination. Results:The effective rates in the treatmnet group was 90.5% with no side-effects and in the control group 92.9% with 8 cases having upper-abdominal discomfort, nausea, and less appetite. The effective rates had no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions:The two groups had similar therapeutic effects but the local therapy in the treatment group had less side-effects.
