新世纪前期中国“资源安全”问题透视

Perspective for China's Resource Security in the Early of New Century

新世纪前期,中国将面临严重的"资源安全"问题。这一问题解决不好,将有可能成为制约中国可持续发展的"瓶颈"。中国"资源安全"主要表现为资源来源、资源价格、资源运输和资源保护等四大问题。本文以石油为例,具体分析了中国"资源安全"的基本形势和基本问题,并对中国资源战略选择提出了几点建议。

China will face the serious issues of resource security in the early of new century. The problems mainly include resource source, resource price, resource transportation and resource protection, which are likely to be the bottleneck of sustainable development. Taking petroleum as example, the paper analyses the basic situation and problems of China's resource security. Then, it offers the proposals for the choice of China's resource strategies.
