摘要
文章认为,在由计划经济向市场经济转化过程中,地勘单位在体制上、结构上、管理上存在着严重的不适应,因此提出三大任务:①从事商业性地质工作的地勘单位必须由事业转为企业;②生产经营结构必须按市场的要求进行调整,发挥优势,发展自己;③管理工作必须根据市场的需要加以全面改进。为了保证上述三大任务的顺利完成,必须提供一个基本的条件,即社会保险要相应跟上,解除地勘单位的后顾之忧。
In the transit of planned economy to market economy, the problems about system, structure and management of geological exploration organization has brought about serious maladjustment. Thus, three tasks has lain ahead of the organizations, which are as follows: ①the organizations engaging in commercial geology must be changed into enterprise ② the structure of production and management must be adjusted as the requirement of market in order to use self-advantage and promote self-development; ③management must be completely improved according to the demand for market. Moreover, another requirement for fulfilling the tasks is social guarantee.
