典型垃圾组分焚烧中HCl排放的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究垃圾在燃烧时HCl的排放及控制特性,选取了几种典型的垃圾组分在小型流化床进行实验,以分析其燃烧时Cl→HCl随温度变化的关系,以及HCl浓度对NO,SO2的影响,并且考察了加入CaO后对HCl的脱除效果.结果表明:Cl→HCl的转化随温度的升高而增加;随HCl浓度的升高,NO浓度呈下降的趋势,SO2浓度的变化呈抛物线形式;从820~930℃,HCl脱除效率随温度的升高而下降. In order to study the characteristics of HCl emission and removal of MSW(municipal solid waste) during incineration, some kinds of typical MSW components are selected to do experiments in 150 mm fluidized bed. The effect of temperature on Cl→HCl conversion are discussed, the influence of concentration of HCl to the CO,NO,SO_2 during incineration are discussed. Finally the effect of CaO on dechloriantion is discussed.Results show, the concversion of Cl→HCl increased with temperature;with the increasing of HCl concentration,the concentration of NO decreased,and the concentration of SO_2 as parabola;from 820~930 ℃,removal of HCl decreased as temperature increased.
