摘要
为了研究垃圾在燃烧时HCl的排放及控制特性,选取了几种典型的垃圾组分在小型流化床进行实验,以分析其燃烧时Cl→HCl随温度变化的关系,以及HCl浓度对NO,SO2的影响,并且考察了加入CaO后对HCl的脱除效果.结果表明:Cl→HCl的转化随温度的升高而增加;随HCl浓度的升高,NO浓度呈下降的趋势,SO2浓度的变化呈抛物线形式;从820~930℃,HCl脱除效率随温度的升高而下降.
In order to study the characteristics of HCl emission and removal of MSW(municipal solid waste) during incineration, some kinds of typical MSW components are selected to do experiments in 150 mm fluidized bed. The effect of temperature on Cl→HCl conversion are discussed, the influence of concentration of HCl to the CO,NO,SO_2 during incineration are discussed. Finally the effect of CaO on dechloriantion is discussed.Results show, the concversion of Cl→HCl increased with temperature;with the increasing of HCl concentration,the concentration of NO decreased,and the concentration of SO_2 as parabola;from 820~930 ℃,removal of HCl decreased as temperature increased.
