摘要
提出了弛张筛综合评价指数的概念及其量化指标Ks 从系统的观点分别对3种规格弛张筛的结构、工艺、动力学和运动学参数进行了优化,确定了Ks和相关参数的优化值,并与现有工业型弛张筛的参数值作了对比 结果表明,在保持筛面面积不变的情况下,筛面长度可以增加,筛板横梁间距可以减小,而且振动频率也可以降低.
The synthetic index K_(s) for evaluation of flip-flow screen is proposed, and systematically optimized in view of the whole system and then compared to the industrial values. Meanwhile, a series optimized values of the relevant parameters are found. The results show that the screen length can be increased, the grid spacing can be reduced and lower operation frequency can be used. These new findings directed the ways to improve the flip-flow screens of low-K_(s) values.
