我国国债政策的经济分析

Economic Analysis of China’s National Debt Policy

1 998年以来 ,国债政策作为积极财政政策的重要组成部分发挥了重要的作用 ,但同时 ,赤字与国债规模的迅速扩张也引起了经济界的高度关注和警惕。本文从国债规模和国债结构等方面对我国国债现状进行了实证分析 ,得出结论 :目前我国国债状况已存在一定的风险 ,但尚未发展到影响经济正常运行的地步 ,国债总体状况是健康的 ,但必须对国债政策进行必要的调整。

Since 1998,national debt policy has played a very important role as an important part of proactive fiscal policy,but the rapid increase of deficits and the national debt has also attracted great attention in economic arena.This paper makes some empirical research on the existing situation of national debt in China in view of its scale and structure.It concludes that there are certain risks in the present national debt,but they have not affected the economic development.The overall condition is sound but we have to make some necessary adjustments to the national debt policy.
