摘要
本文对斑点免疫结合试验的影响因素进行了探讨。在完全国产试剂条件下,阻断液的选择特别重要。并确定了阻断液、洗涤液、稀释液的最佳成分。在pH7.4时,37℃环境实验最适合。并对两种显色剂进行了比较。
A methodological study of the influential factors on dot-immunobinding assay using nitrocellulose membrane as solid carrier was performed. it was noticed that the choice of blocking fluid is of top importance especially when home-made reagents are used. The best for ulae were determined for preparing blocking fluid, washing solution and dilution solution. The most appropriate conditions for the experiment were found to be pH 7.4 and 37℃. The 2 reagents for color development were also compared.
