摘要
先给小鼠、兔分别注射戊巴比妥钠、氯胺酮、羟丁酸钠、安定、氯丙嗪或氯丙嗪加东莨菪碱,待其翻正反射消失10分钟后静注毒扁豆碱。发现毒扁豆碱不能明显缩短小鼠的翻正反射消失持续时间;在兔,毒扁豆碱可缩短静注安定或氯丙嗪的翻正反射消失持续时间,但对戊巴比妥钠或氯丙嗪加东莨菪碱麻醉则否。实验结果表明,对毒扁豆碱的催醒作用应作进一步研究和评价。
Mice and rabbits were first anesthetized with pentobarbital, ketamine, sodium oxybate, diazepam, chlorpromazine or chlorpromazine plus scopolamine. When the righting reflex had disappeared for 10 min, physostigmine iv was given and its analeptic action was determined by measuring the length of time required for the recovery of righting reflex. It was found that physostigmine could not shorten the recovery time in any of the mice groups ( p>0.05 ) . In rabbits, physostigmine hastened the recovery of righting reflex in the diazepam and the chlorpromazine groups(p<0.05), but did not in the pentobarbital group and the chlorpromazine plus scopolamine group ( p>0.05 ) . These results suggest the analeptic action of physostigmine is very limited and further studies on different models of general anesthesia using various anesthetics, and especially on clinical anesthesia practice, are needed.
