摘要
汇总了通过监测结晶器热行为和铸坯与结晶器之间的摩擦力预测结晶器内连铸坯表面裂纹形成的研究工作,介绍了用于预测连铸裂纹的数学模型以及基于临界应力应变和形成裂纹变形能差的连铸裂纹判据,提出了裂纹预测研究的发展方向。
The prediction of the surface crack of the continuous casting steel was carried out by monitoring the mold temperature and the friction between mold and strand. The mathematical model of crack prediction and the crack criterion based on strain-stress and the difference of strain energy producing crack were introduced. The development trend of predicting crack was presented.
