摘要
本文报告两例右室梗塞,复习和讨论了右室梗塞的临床特征,心电图对右室梗塞的诊断价值。作者认为所有急性心肌梗塞病人均应加做右心前导联心电图,密切观察右心衰的体征。
Two cases of right ventricular myoardial infarction ( RVMI) are reported in this essay. The clinical features of RVMI and the value of ECG in its diagnosis are reviewed and discussed.The authors suggest that the ECG of right precardiai leads be made in all patients with acute myocardial infarction and the signs of right heart failure be closely watched for.
