香烟及矽尘对肺泡巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本实验对体外与香烟和(或)矽尘共同培养的肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)培养物上清液中酸性磷酸酶(AcP)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性进行了测定。结果显示,AM-香烟-矽尘共同培养组上清液中AcP活性比单独的香烟或矽尘与AM共同培养组及单纯AM组高,说明香烟和矽尘对AM的影响具有协同作用。实验结果还表明我们已报导的AM-香烟-矽尘共同培养物上清液刺激人胚肺成纤维细胞生长这一现象,可能与AM某种(些)产物量的改变有关。 Alreolar macrophages (AM) obtained from bronchoalveolar lavage of ra bbits were cultured in media containing silica and (or) cigarette extract. The supernatant of the media was taken to determine the enzymic activities of AcP and LDH in it. It was found the AcP activity in AM-silica-cigarette culture was higher than that in AM and AM-silica cultures (p<0.05). These data indicate that the effects of silica and cigarette on AM are synergic, which explains our previous observation that the supernatant of AM-silica-cigarette culture stimulated the proliferation of alveolar fibroblasts.
