面肌诱发肌电图在面肌痉挛微血管减压术预后评估中的意义

The prognostic value of facial evoked EMG for microvascular decompression in hemifacial spasm

目的 探讨面肌诱发肌电图评估面肌痉挛微血管减压术术后效果的意义。方法 微血管减压术术前、术中、术后采用面肌诱发肌电图进行检测和随访 ,资料进行统计分析。结果 在微血管减压术中 ,面肌诱发肌电图中下颌缘支 -眼轮匝肌反应即刻消失者 ,相比较于仍然存在者 ,临床效果好 ,复发率低。结论 面肌诱发肌电图可作为面肌痉挛微血管减压术的预后评估的一种有效的监测手段用以分析的。

Objective To investigate application merits of facial evoked electromyography in microvascular decompression(MVD) for patients with hemifacial spasm.Methods Data of facial evoked electromyography of patients successively monitored intra-MVD and post-MVD were analyzed with regression.Results Good outcome and low recurrence probability were achieved in patients whose MD-OC vanished swiftly intra-operatively and that whose MD-OC remained persistent always leave more and less clinical symptom and bad outcome exits in patients.Conclusion Facial evoked electromyography may act as an effective way in monitoring and assessing prognosis of microvascular decompresion in patients with hemifacial spasm.
