摘要
用胶质银染技术显示大肠癌癌细胞内的核仁组成区相关蛋白(nucl-eolar organizer region associated protein,AgNOR),发现大肠癌癌细胞内的AgNOR计数增加。同时,本文结果也表明,大肠癌癌细胞AgNOR的计数与大肠癌粘液组织化学特性的改变无明显关系(P>0.05),与癌的组织学分型、患者的年龄、性别、预后也无关(P均>0.05)。
Nucleolar organizer region ( AgNOR)and mucin histochemistry were studied in 37 cases of colonic carcinoma. The results showed that the AgNOR count was increased in the cancer. No obvious relationship was found between the Ag NOR count and the mucin histochemical nature or histopathologcal type of the cancer, nor between AgNOR and patients' age, sex and prognosis.
