摘要
目的 :了解中学骨干教师的心理素质与人格特征 ,为进一步选拔和优化师资队伍提供依据。方法 :采用 16PF分别对来自全省各地参加省级培训的中学骨干教师进行集体问卷调查。结果 :①中学骨干教师人格品质较优 ,尤其表现在乐群性、兴奋性、世故性等方面 ,但在实验性、独立性、紧张性和忧虑性方面表现欠佳。②中学骨干教师在人格因素上存在男女性别差异。女教师比男教师更为乐群、敏感、幻想 ,而男教师比女教师更为独立。结论 :充分利用和发扬中学骨干教师优秀的人格品质 ,克服他们消极的人格品质是非常重要的。
Objective:To investigate the personality charcteristics of middle school backbone teachers.Methods:271 middle school backbone teachers were tested with 16PF.Results: The backbone teachers group got higher scores in activeness,excitement,sophistication,hervousness,and anxiety factors,and lower scores in experiment and independence factors than the normal group.The female teachers are more sociable,subtle and imaginative, but the male teachers are more independent.Conclusion:Middle school backbone teachers showed some unique personality characteristics.
