Being used to alleviate menopausal symptoms of postmenopausal women and prevent and treat osteoporosis and atrophy of urogenital tract, Livial was approved in domestic and abroad in last decade. However, whether Livial can be used in perimenopausal women remains controversial. In this paper, perimenopausal women were treated with small doses of Livial and were conducted a continuous 2～8 years of follow-up.
