摘要
目的 :观察卡维地洛 (β受体阻滞剂 )对高龄老年人心力衰竭的影响。方法 :选择心功能 , 级的高龄 (大于80岁 )老年患者 2 5例 ,除外哮喘、支气管痉挛的慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肝功能异常、 ～ 度房室传导阻滞、严重心动过缓、严重低血压。入选后每周观察心率和血压 ;患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加服卡维地洛 ,服卡维地洛前和服后 8周分别作超声心动图进行比较。结果 :治疗前后患者心率、血压显著降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,左室射血分数 (L VEF)及二尖瓣波群 E/ A显著增加 (P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1) ,等容舒张时间 (L VRT)显著缩短 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :高龄老年心力衰竭患者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用卡维地洛 ,可进一步改善心功能 。
AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of Cavedil ol on the elderly patients with heart failure. METHODS:25 elderly p atients with Ⅱ -Ⅲ degree cardiac function (≥80 years of age) were given Cavedilol for 8 w e eks. Before and after the treatment, heart rate, blood pressure, echocardiograph y were performed respectively. RESULTS:Eight weeks after the treatment, LVEF and E/A were increased (P<0.01) while the heart rate, blood pressure and LVRT were reduc ed ( P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Cavedilol added to conventional therapy ca n improve card iac function and living quality in the elderly patients with heart failure.
