With the development of molecular biology,real time detection of nucleic acid has become a hot problem.AmpliDet RNA is a new technology for detecting nucleic acid combined nucleic acid sequence based amplification(NASBA) and molecular beacon.The principle of NASBA,the structure of molecular beacon,and the characteristics of AmpliDet RNA have been summarized.
