摘要
应用石英晶体谐振型真空微量天平作为真空用油脂饱和蒸气压蒸发速率测试法中所必须的凝结质量传感器,可避免使用卡恩型真空微量天平测试真空油脂饱和蒸气压时精度较低和操作不便等缺点。利用现有的材料可凝挥发物测试装置将该设计思想和测试方法予以体现,并通过对标样油的实际测试,验证了该测试方法的可行性。
A Quartz Crystal Microbalances are applied as a detector in measurement of oil or grease′s saturation vapor pressure based on principle of Evaporation Velocity Measurement Method. compared with the same method using Kenn Microbalances, it has the advantages of higher precision and easy operation. An existing facility wich a Quartz Crystal Microbalance which was designed for measurement of materials′s volatilization and condensate character under vacuum is used. A standard oil samples is taken into the test. Result of the test validates the measurement method.
