最新发布的<国家行政机关公文处理办法>是我国行政机关公文处理工作的法规性依据,与原来的办法相比,它具有充分的合理性,同时也存在一些值得商榷的地方.
The newly - issued paper 'The treatment of Documents in National Administrative Organs' is a legal basis for the classification of documents. Compared with the former one, this treatment is reasonable. But there is still some problems.
